A delicious new array of salads, dips and antipasti snacks are being introduced by Morrisons as the food retailer totally revamps its range.

Morrisons will be adding 48 brand new lines as part of the revamp and improving another 43 when the changes take effect from April 16th.

Among the new antipasti products will be authentic olives from the Puglia region of Italy and wind dried tomatoes with an intense flavour. This introduction will make Morrisons the only supermarket to sell tomatoes which have been treated in this way.

A light and refreshing selection of dips will also arrive in store – including a brand new frijolemole and a beetroot houmous dip that provides a colourful twist on a classic favourite.

Morrisons will also be selling some refreshing new salads, including one containing the popular Japanese superfood the edamame bean, served alongside delicious sweet chilli noodles.

Neil Nugent, Morrisons Executive Chef and Head of Innovation, said: “We are really excited by his new range, we have sourced some brilliant ingredients and made some fabulous recipes, and we think our customers will love
them”.
